Colo. Springs Subway Robbed At Gunpoint

COLORADO SPRINGS – Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a Subway at gunpoint Monday night.

Officers from the Stetson Hills Division were dispatched to the Subway located at 2870 N. Powers Blvd. in regard to a robbery that had occurred. The suspect had pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded cash before fleeing the scene. A K-9 track was attempted but the track abruptly ended in the parking lot close to the business.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.

Police describe the suspect as a white male, 5’11”, 160 pounds, black and gray spiky hair with a mustache wearing a red and black plaid jacket and blue jeans, armed with a handgun.
