House fire north of downtown Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to a house fire early Thursday morning in the 1800 block of N. Cascade Ave.
The fire broke out around 12:30 a.m. Firefighters were able to get one person out of the house safely.
Firefighters told KRDO the cause of the fire was an electrical malfunction. According to CSFD, the fire was contained to one room which suffered minimal damage. The residents weren't displaced.
According to CSFD, no injuries were reported.
