Colorado Springs high school on closed campus Tuesday after suicide at nearby park

A body was found in the park next to Rampart High School Tuesday.

Colorado Springs Police say the person committed suicide.

Rampart High School was placed on closed campus for the day while police conducted their investigation nearby, and so that students would stay out of the area.

Rampart is located near the intersection of Lexington Dr. and N. Union Blvd. on the north side of the city.
