2013 missing persons investigation ends with remains found, two arrested

The Park County Sheriff’s Office says two people have been arrested in connection to the death of a man who was reported missing two years ago.

Evan Graham of Fairplay disappeared in September 2013.

The sheriff’s office says that its investigation into the disappearance led to the discovery of Graham’s buried remains in August 2015.

Two people have been arrested in connection to Graham’s death. Jarrod Moquist, 27, of Fairplay faces a first degree murder charge. Audra Moquist, 31, of Buena Vista, faces a charge for accessory to first degree murder.

No details about the circumstances leading up to Graham’s death have been released.
