City of Manitou Springs invites artists to compete in annual photo contest for 150-year celebration

MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Photographers are invited to participate in the City of Manitou Springs' annual photo contest. This year, the city's Annual Photo Contest will focus on its 150-year celebration. The theme is "city life and who we are."

Officials ask photographers to depict their interpretation of the theme.

The top two pictures will be featured as the City of Manitou Springs' profile picture and cover photo on all applicable social media accounts. The top ten pictures will be used in promotional materials and could even replace some of the background images on the city's website.

Below are the prizes:

• First Place: $200 in Manitou Money
• Second Place: $150 in Manitou Money
• Third Place: $100 in Manitou Money
