CSFD Responds to a Motel Fire Near Manitou Springs

Colorado Springs firefighters responded to a fire at a motel near Manitou Springs.

It happened at the Apache Court Motel, on the 3400 block of W. Pikes Peak Ave. That’s near the east end of Manitou Springs.

The fire started around 2:00 pm Saturday (05/30/15) afternoon.

There are no reports of injuries, however the Red Cross is helping a family that was displaced.

So far, no word on what caused the fire.
