Roybal protesters were at the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo (KRDO) -- Dozens of people showed up at the El Paso County Sherriff's Office (EPSO) Thursday night.
They were protesting Sherriff candidate Joe Roybal. Roybal has been accused of bribing people to get on the ballot.
A video from February shows Roybal at Drangonman's Gun Range where a discount was being offered to people who signed Roybal's petition that put him on the ballot.
The Secretary of State confirmed to KRDO 13 investigates that multiple complaints against Roybal are under review and District Attorney Jeff Chostner is reviewing the case. We are waiting for a decision from his office.
