Arrest made in sexual assault at Prospect Lake
Colorado Springs Police say they have made an arrest in a sexual assault that happened at the Prospect Lake swim beach.
The lake is located in Memorial Park.
William Graham Jr., 41, is facing a felony sexual assault charge.
Police say a 32-year-old woman was attacked sometime between 8 p.m. on July 22 and 6 a.m. on July 23.
A photo of Graham has not been released.
