Pueblo County smoke plume caused by fire on EVRAZ property

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office says a dark plume of smoke was visible from a fire that was burning on EVRAZ steel mill property near Colorado City Tuesday (6/10/14).

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office said that EVRAZ has its own firefighters and that they did not request help.

KRDO NewsChannel 13’s Michelle San Miguel reported that the smoke appeared to be dissipating.
