Colorado’s most wanted sex offender fugitive arrested in Colorado Springs
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says the state’s most wanted sex offender fugitive was arrested in Colorado Springs on Wednesday (2/5/14).
Roger Dale Price was arrested by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and agents with the Social Security Administration in the 3200 block of International Circle just before 8 a.m.
Price had a felony warrant for failure to register as a sex offender in El Paso County.
He was convicted of multiple counts of kidnapping and sex assault against a child in Arkansas in 1999 according to the CBI. He is being held at the El Paso County Jail without bond.
