SVP Alert: James Hobson

The Pueblo Police Department says a sexually violent predator has moved into a neighborhood on the north side of the city.

James Hobson, 64, is living in the 4400 block of N. Elizabeth Street.

Hobson has prior convictions for attempted sexual assault on a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, failure to register as a sex offender and escape.

Police say Hobson’s victim was an underage boy.

Police are required by law to notify the community whenever a sexually violent predator moves into a new neighborhood.
