Argument over cell phone ends with gunshots

An argument over a missing cell phone ends with gunshots fired in a Colorado Springs neighborhood, police said.

The argument happened at a home on the 4500 block of London Lane, officials said. Investigators said Nicholas Gloria fired a shot at another man. The man was not hit and is OK, officials said.

Gloria was arrested and taken to the Criminal Justice Center.
