Ft. Carson Soldier Arrested For Molesting Texas Girl

A soldier currently stationed at Fort Carson is accused of molesting a girl while he was stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas.

The El Paso Times reports that Sgt. Maj. Daniel E. Hall faces arraignment next week in El Paso, Texas. A federal grand jury indicted Hall on charges of aggravated sexual abuse of a child by force, sexual abuse of a minor, sexual abuse and prohibited sexual conduct. The girl is described as being between 12 and 16 years old. She was allegedly molested in February.

Hall was arrested in Colorado last month. He is currently assigned to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.

Hall’s attorney, Randolph Ortega of El Paso, says his client is innocent.
