Car Break-In At Manitou Pool
A car was broken into at the Manitou Springs public pool at 202 Manitou Ave.
It happened while members of city council were meeting with the pool staff. A worker at the pool tells KRDO NewsChannel 13 that the vehicle belonged to the manager of the pool.
A lifeguard saw a suspicious man in a hood looking around the parking lot. He continued watching the man and saw him elbow the back left window of the truck. The lifeguard alerted the manager who chased the suspect.
The manager saw the suspect get into a black Chrysler and drive away. He was able to get a description of the car and the license plate.
No arrests have been made.
