UPDATE: Waste Water Main Collapses, Bijou Reopened

A waste water main collapsed on Bijou on Thursday afternoon.

As of 11 a.m. Friday, Bijou has reopened between Union and Iowa.

Colorado Springs Utilities worked on repairing the break Thursday night and repaved Friday morning. The road was closed during the repairs.
