Breckenridge ends mandatory mask zone
BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (KRDO) -- Mask restrictions are starting to loosen in Colorado's high country.
Breckenridge Town Councilors voted unanimously to end their mandatory mask zone.
That zone included the heart of the main shopping and dining area, and it required people to wear masks at all times both inside and outside.
Now, the town will follow Summit County's health order, which requires people to wear masks in indoor areas open to the public or outside whenever anyone is within six feet of other people for more than 15 minutes.
