Purina Cat Food Recall

Purina is voluntarily recalling some dry cat food that may be contaminated with Salmonella.

The company says it’s recalling 3 1/2-pound and 7-pound bags of Purina ONE Vibrant Maturity 7+ dry cat food.

The food is from Davenport, Iowa. However, Purina says it may have gone out to more states after its initial distribution.

Purina says people who bought the food should throw it out.

You can also call the company for a refund at (800) 982-6559 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.
