Financial Freedom Contest
1) Applicable Rules. These rules apply only to the above Contest. This Contest is also governed by the Pikes Peak Television Company (PPT) Official Rules.
2) Eligibility. This contest is open to all NEWSCHANNEL 13 viewers defined in our general rules who are over the age of 18 by January 15, 2010, and those viewers who have not won a prize from PPT within the last 30 days. are eligible to participate in this contest.
3) How to Enter.
a) Starting Wednesday, December 23rd viewers will be asked to log onto www.krdo.com and click on the Financial Freedom link.
b) Once there, in 350 words or less tell NEWSCHANNEL 13 about your financial struggles and goals for 2010.
c) Two viewers entries will be chosen by Financial Planner Denisa Tova.
d) The two chosen entries will be given financial makeover by Financial Planner Denisa Tova.
4) Description of Prize. The winnerwill receive financial planning advise by Certified Financial Planner Denisa Tova.
a) The value of this prize is $600.00
b) This prize does not include tax payments, telephone, automobile or other insurance, transportation, overnight accommodations or any other expense or cost not specifically included herein.
c) It is the responsibility of the winner to pay any and all taxes associated with this prize. If the winner has accumulated an excess of $600 from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010, they will be mailed a MISC 1099 for tax purposes.
5) Contest Dates. The contest will air from Tuesday, December 15th to Friday, January 15th 5:00 pm Mountain Time.
