5 dead in Denver house fire

DENVER (KUSA-TV) — Five people were found dead inside of a house fire in Denver early Wednesday morning.

According to the Associated Press, the victims were a toddler, an older child, and three adults.

Firefighters responded to a home in the 5300 block of North Truckee Street and found a "heavily-involved fire," according to a tweet from the Denver Fire Department (DFD).

Officers are investigating possible arson in connection with the fire.

The home is located near the intersection of Peña Boulevard and East 56th Avenue.
