Colorado Springs firefighters rescue person from crash

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — One person is getting hospital treatment after a crash outside a home on Columbia Rd. It happened around 6:00 Saturday night.

A picture shows firefighters using the jaws of life to open up the car. The fire department spokesperson tweeted the person had been "successfully extricated and is enroute to an area hospital."
