Air Force Academy graduate identified as pilot killed in F-15C crash

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The pilot who died in a crash during a training mission off the coast of England was identified Tuesday as a recent graduate of the Air Force Academy.

The Academy posted a picture on Twitter of 1st Lt. Kenneth "Kage" Allen, who died when his F-15C Eagle crashed in the North Sea on Monday.

Allen graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2017, according to photos on social media. He arrived at the 48th Fighter Wing in February, according to the Air Force.

Allen is survived by his wife and parents, the Air Force said.
