1 person, 2 pets killed in Security house fire

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) - One man and two animals have been killed in an early morning house fire in the Security area.

Crews responded to the fire near Landoe Ln. and Watson Blvd. just after 2 a.m. Monday. When they arrived the fire had already spread throughout much of the house.

At this time investigators are working to determine what caused this fire.
