Man charged with harassment after alleged TikTok videos involving minors

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A 52-year-old man has been charged with harassment after allegedly posting TikTok videos of himself following minor girls in public and making comments about their sexual attractiveness, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).

CSPD says its Internet Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking Unit led the investigation in September 2026. Working with the Manitou Springs Police Department, detectives identified two juvenile female victims and Kevin Pitt as the suspect.

CSPD says the TikTok account "Paul DePervi" connected them with Pitt.

Several videos on the account were taken at local spots, such as the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade and Acacia Park in Downtown Colorado Springs.

Community members have been expressing their outrage over the account for weeks across social media. Many of them said they reported the account to TikTok to get it taken down.

The TikTok account appears to no longer exist.

KRDO13 also discovered a Facebook page and YouTube channel with similar content of young girls, but CSPD was not able to confirm if these accounts are part of their investigation.

Pitt was charged with harassment on Oct. 20 and released, police said.

KRDO13 has made multiple attempts to reach Pitt but has not heard back.
