Early morning grass fire extinguished in Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - A campfire or cooking stove may be to blame for a small grass fire in eastern Colorado Springs.
Fire crews were called to the area of Platte Ave. and Wooten Rd., just after 6 a.m. Monday. The fire was less than an acre in size before crews extinguished it. No one was hurt.
