A yes vote for Ballot Issue B would be a vote in favor of allowing the City of Colorado Springs to increase taxes for residents and businesses within the boundaries of the Old Colorado City Development Authority (Old Colorado City). The increased revenue from the taxes would be used for maintenance and expenses in Old Colorado City.

A no vote for Ballot Issue B would be a vote against increasing taxes in Old Colorado City.
