TRAFFIC ALERT: Southbound lanes of I-25 closed in Pueblo due to a crash

PUEBLO, Co. (KRDO) -- A section of southbound I-25 at Minnequa Ave. is now closed due to a crash. According to the Pueblo Police Department, the call for a reported crash came in at 3:16 a.m.

Our crews at the scene reported they saw what appeared to be a body being removed and a coroner was at the scene.

There is no information on how severe the crash is. Supervisors on the scene estimate the scene will be cleaned up in the next couple of hours. Drivers should use alternative routes.
