1 dead after rollover crash in NE Colorado Springs

The Colorado Springs Fire Department and other emergency responders were called to a rollover crash in the northeast side of town, and one of the people inside is now dead.

The crash happened around 3:40 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Barnes Road and Purcell Drive, according to CSFD.

Colorado Springs police confirmed that the driver and the passenger were ejected during the crash. The passenger died, and the driver has “serious bodily injuries.”

Neither of the occupants have been identified yet.
