SPRING SNOW RETURNS 5-8-19

TONIGHT – THURSDAY (WEATHER ALERT)
Good dose of Spring snow begins region-wide tonight. Heavy, wet accumulations will stack up quickly tonight and could be crippling for higher elevations beginning tonight through Friday morning.
Colorado Springs area likely to receive some light accumulations tonight, best shot north of town (1-3″ possible)
Slushy roads possible Thursday morning for higher terrain areas

THURSDAY NIGHT- FRIDAY (WEATHER ALERT)
Another round of light snow possible Thursday night through Friday morning Colorado Springs south into Pueblo (basically lower elevation areas). Temps will also be much cooler by then so Friday morning commute could be slick in some spots. Be on stand by! Lingering snow transitioning to rain possible for Friday afternoon.
