Dry and Mild for now 1-14-19

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cold with lows in the upper teens and low 20s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny skies are expected although high clouds will begin to spread in through the middle of the day as snow pushes into the Continental Divide. Snow will stay across the mountains while the lower elevations stay dry and mild with an increase in cloud cover. It will be a little breezier tomorrow with highs in the 40s and 50s.

EXTENDED: Wednesday and Thursday will continue to be mild with highs in the 40s and 50s. We’ll see a mix of sun and clouds with periods of wind. Snow ends across the High Country late Wednesday before another system brings the return of snow on Thursday. For the lower elevations, it looks like snow will spread east into Southern Colorado on Friday. This will cool us down Friday and Saturday and bring more wind. It’s too early to determine the track of this late week storm or pin down exact timing but we’ll let you know if it looks like accumulations and impacts will be possible.
