Weekend snow on the way – 11/16/18

TODAY: Sunshine and some high clouds will be seen in southern Colorado today. Those clouds will keep us just slightly cooler than yesterday. Most places end up in the 40s and 50s.

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds through early tomorrow morning. Lows will be in the 20s and low 30s. Upper teens to low 20s are in the forecast for the mountains.

EXTENDED: A weather alert is out for tomorrow. Light snow starts sometime between 9am and noon and will continue off and on through the day and into the late night. Highs will be near 30 degrees cooler in a lot of spots tomorrow too! Watch out for a few slick spots on the road Saturday, but major problems are not expected. Minor accumulations are likely by Sunday morning. Most places end up between a trace to 1″, with totals as high as 2 to 3″ west of I-25 near the foothills.
