Weather Alert Day 6-22-18

TONIGHT: Most of the severe storms will have ended after 8 p.m. but additional storms may still be ongoing in some areas. Storms eventually end after midnight with lows in the 40s and 50s.

TOMORROW: A quieter day is expected with less wind and less coverage of storms. A few storms may still become strong to severe but look to be limited to the Eastern Plains. A few storms may initially develop over the Eastern Mountains before spreading east. Some of our western areas will still see localized high fire danger. Highs still reach the 80s and 90s with 70s for our local mountains.

EXTENDED: High fire danger and severe storms return to the area Sunday. Temps cool off with highs in the 70s and 80s. Monday remains cooler again with showers still possible. A quick warm up in temperatures is then expected by the middle of the week with occasional storms.
