The service lets customers book private residences or rooms inside other residences, similar to a house sharing system.

Graduation week will see a 39 percent increase in guests compared to surrounding weeks and a 63 percent increase over guest arrivals during graduation week in 2017.

According to Airbnb, Colorado Springs hosts in total will earn $396,000 from May 19 – May 23.
