Crash along N. Carefree Cir. and Marksheffel Rd. blocking traffic

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Reports came in just after 8 a.m. Thursday for a crash along N. Carefree Cir. and Marksheffel Road.

Colorado State Patrol said a box truck's rear axle detached, blocking northbound lanes of N. Carefree Cir. The trailer was carrying concrete. Southbound Marksheffel Rd. is also closed at that intersection.

According to officials, the crash is blocking traffic in the area.
