Body found in east Colorado Springs not a suspicious death, police say

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police were investigating a body that was found on the east side of the city Sunday in the area of University Drive and Airport Road.

Police received a call around 9:47 a.m. reporting a body outside in the 100 block of University. The body appears to be that of an adult male, police say.

According to CSPD, the death is not being investigated as suspicious at this time.
