On the Lookout: Pueblo bank robbers appear to swap construction attire

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Pueblo police are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank.

The afternoon of Monday, May 10th, a man with a stocky build robbed the Wells Fargo Bank, located in the 3000 block of Hart Road. He is described as being dark-skinned, five-foot-eight, with long, dark curly hair -- which Pueblo Police believe could be a wig.

Most noticeably, however, the suspect was wearing a bright yellow construction vest, with hard hat, and orange gloves.

That construction attire nearly matches that of a robber who targeted the Pueblo Credit Union on April 13th. The suspect in that instance was skinny, about six feet tall, with short blonde hair.

Sally's Beauty Supply Eyelash Thief

Also in Pueblo West, two male accomplices stole nail supplies and fake eyelashes from Sally's Beauty Supply, off North McCulloch Boulevard. They shoplifted the items on February 19th, 2021.

According to detectives, a man not pictured distracted an employee, while the man seen here left the store without paying for the beauty items.

If you recognize the man seen here, call the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office at 719-583-6250, or Crime Stoppers at 719-542-STOP.
