Police: Shots fired at Fountain party

One person was hurt after several shots were fired during a party Fountain Saturday night, police say.

Investigators say the party was held at a house in the 7000 block of Bentwater Drive.

A guest sent out a message on Snapchat with information about the party, and a number of uninvited guests arrived around 11 p.m.

They were told that they needed to leave by the homeowners, and an argument broke out.

As the uninvited guests drove away, one of them fired eight shots at the home, police say. One of the guests was hit, and was treated at the scene by paramedics. A vehicle was also hit, and suffered minor damage.

The uninvited guests were last scene in a dark colored SUV, which may have been a Mazda.
