Man beaten, stabbed in Garden of the Gods ‘brawl’

Colorado Springs Police say at least five men were involved in what they are calling a brawl at a scenic overlook in Garden of the Gods Park.

The fight was reported at 8:35 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2014.

Police say two people were hurt. One of the men suffered a serious blunt force trauma injury and was stabbed. They say two of the people involved in the fight were armed with either tire tools or crow bars.

Police say a green Jeep Cherokee was seen speeding away before officers arrived.

All five men involved in the fight are believed to have been between 20 and 22 years old.

No arrests have been made.
