Shots fired prompts three Harrison School District schools to go on secure perimeter

Three Harrison School District schools were on secure perimeter for a short time Friday morning after several reports of shots fired in the area.

The three schools placed on secure perimeter were Sierra High School, Carmel Middle School and Centennial Elementary School.

Police responded to several reports of “shots fired” in the area.

Officers were not able to find any problems and did not find anyone who was injured.
