Cold sunshine today – 12/4/18

TODAY: After a round of snow last night, lingering snow cover and ice will make for dicey driving early this morning. Because of that and bitter cold morning temps in the teens and single digits, a weather alert is in place. Highs today will warm into the 30s and 40s under a mostly sunny sky.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear to partly cloudy with lows in the teens. Single digits will be felt in the mountains again.

EXTENDED: Quiet and more mild weather is expected through Wednesday afternoon as our temps get back into the 40s. Its not here for long, due to a cold front coming in which will drop highs into the 20s and 30s on Thursday. Clouds move in on Friday and light snow looks likely Friday night into the early part of Saturday. The rest of the weekend looks good with dry sunshine and temps in the 40s.
