CORE Electric Cooperative

TELLER COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Most people have their power restored after a large outage in Teller and El Paso counties Sunday morning, according to CORE Electric Cooperative.

At it's height, almost 1,000 were without power. As of 11:03 a.m. all customers in Teller and El Paso counties had their power back on. You can view the outage map here.

It is unclear what the cause of the outage is right now, but officials at the 403 Fire press conference Saturday morning said burnt trees were falling on power lines and may cause some outages.
