Arrest made in deadly hit-and-run

Colorado Springs Police have arrested a man in connection to a deadly hit-and-run on June 19.

Police think Fidel Garcia is the man who hit and killed 31-year-old Elizabeth Marshall as she was crossing the street in the 2100 block of E. Platte Avenue.

Garcia turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest. Officially, police say he has been charged with hit and run: accidents involving death.
