Dave Shackelford coaches his final game at Palmer after 40 years
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Palmer girls basketball coach Dave Shackelford coached his final regular season game for Palmer High School on Thursday night.
He coached various sports for forty years, including 27 as the basketball coach at Palmer.
His team beat Harrison in his final game, the school where he got his first start in coaching. Coach Shack has meant so much to so many here in Southern Colorado.
His dedication to kids is unmatched.
