Pueblo D60 hosting virtual town hall about design of new high schools

D60 Hosts Virtual Town Hall
Pueblo School District 60

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) — As Pueblo School District 60 continues to move forward with a bond and the planning of the new construction of both East and Centennial high schools, district leadership is asking for the community’s input.

People are invited to participate in D60’s second virtual community forum Wednesday night at 6:00.

The district is encouraging viewers to give their input and ask questions in the comments section of the town hall video stream. The meeting will continue to focus on the design of the new East and Centennial high schools.

“We are navigating the virtual world so we can keep the work of our Bond Program moving forward,” District 60 Superintendent Charlotte Macaluso said in a statement.

“Interestingly, the virtual meetings leading up to tonight’s have already proved to be successful with a larger number of active participants viewing and engaging with this important dialog.”
