FBI confirms agents were on-site at EVRAZ North America locations in Pueblo, Chicago, Portland

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- KRDO13 Investigates has confirmed the FBI conducted "court-authorized" law enforcement activity in Pueblo this week.

Our team is working to learn exactly why the FBI was at the EVRAZ North America in Pueblo.

The FBI also confirms its agents conducted court-authorized law enforcement activity at EVRAZ NA locations in Chicago, Illinois, and Portland, Oregon, on the same day.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado has no comment on the law enforcement operations.

“On Wednesday, July 10, the FBI was present at EVRAZ North America facilities.  Company officials cooperated fully with all requests made at that time and will continue to be cooperative going forward.  While we cannot comment on any pending or ongoing legal matter,  our operations and production schedule have not been affected. We continue to operate our business as usual.”
