Motorcyclist hurt in crash on Hwy 24 and 26th St. in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — A motorcyclist is in the hospital after a crash in west Colorado Springs on Saturday afternoon. It happened at the intersection of Hwy 24 and 26th St. around 1:30 p.m. 

A Colorado Springs Police sergeant said a vehicle was turning left at the intersection onto 26th, when it crashed with the motorcycle driving east on Hwy 24. The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital. 

Police said they are still investigating and have not issued any citations. The condition of the motorcycle rider is not clear.
