CSPD investigating hit and run involving motorcycle

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating a hit and run accident involving a pickup truck and a motorcycle.

CSPD said the wreck occurred Monday morning just after 6 a.m. in the area of N. Weber St. and E. Fontanero St.

According to police, the driver of the pickup fled the area after the accident. The individual on the motorcycle was seriously injured.

CSPD is asking that anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the pickup truck contact them at (719) 444-7000.
