Thursday accidents:
A rollover accident was reported East of Woodmen and Powers. The driver says his car lost traction because of the icy road, then slid into the median and flipped causing a chain reaction. One woman says she pulled over to dial 911, then her SUV was side-swiped by a van driving by.
In another instance, the overpass at Union Blvd. and Austin Bluffs was closed west bound and east bound due to icy conditions.
