Another hot one – 9/13/18

TODAY: Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast once more today. You’ll be hard pressed to find any kind of clouds out there at all. Highs will be in the 90s over the lower elevations with 70s and low 80s in our local mountain cities. We should come up just shy of record highs today, but it will still be hot nonetheless.

TONIGHT: Clear and mild. Overnight lows will be in the 50s and 60s over the lower elevations with 40s and 50s in the mountains.

EXTENDED: We will be staying very hot and dry right into the weekend. Highs tomorrow could be at or above records once again. By next week, our weather pattern really starts to change. Just isolated showers or a storm are possible Monday into Wednesday. Better chances for rain and thunder move in for Thursday into the first part of the weekend. Highs stay hot until we cool into the 80s Monday through Wednesday.
