Quieter End to the Weekend 4-14-18

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy to mostly clear skies are expected overnight. Breezy conditions continue through the evening with winds relaxing after midnight. This will allow temps to drop to the 20s overnight.

TOMORROW: A very pleasant Sunday is expected with warmer temperatures and lighter winds. Skies will be mostly sunny and it should be a very enjoyable day for outdoor activities. Highs warm to the 50s and 60s.

EXTENDED: The week will start off with warm temperatures as breezy west and southwest winds will bring highs to the 60s and 70s. Many areas in the Southeastern Plains will reach the 80s. Winds become very strong again late Monday into Tuesday as our next storm system arrives. This will keep precipitation chances well north of us, but we will feel the cooler temperatures and strong winds on Tuesday. Highs drop to the 40s, 50s and 60s. High fire danger will return several days next week.
