1 dies in rollover crash on Hwy 67 just north of Woodland Park

Colorado State Patrol has confirmed that one person died in a rollover crash on Highway 67 just north of Woodland Park on Tuesday afternoon.

CSP got a call at around 2:45 p.m.about a 2012 Lexus SUV that had rolled into an embankment near mile marker 89.

A 31-year-old man was driving the SUV and had to be taken to a local hospital. His injuries are unknown.

His passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. His/her identity has not been released.

One lane of Highway 67 had reopened at around 4:45 p.m., according to CSP.
